Standard delivery is FREE of charge, as long as you meet the minimum order value of €350.00. Should your order be below that amount, the standard delivery fee is € 10.00 for Italy and € 20.00 for the rest of Europe. We don't offer express delivery. Sorry.

PAYMENT SECURED

We currently offer two payment methods: PayPal-Credit card Wire Transfer Payment is in advance. We do not accept other forms of payment and we do not send cash on delivery. The Products purchased will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

FREE, EASY EXCHANGES

If you don’t like the model, or you have choose wrong size, you can exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items must be clean, unworn, unwashed and brand new condition, in its original packaging with tags attached. We will send you the replacement FREE, by regular mail (not valid for items with a promo discount, in that case we will ask you to pay for the replacement shipping).

GIFT CARD

Which best present for your friends that a gift card of Bisso? You can buy a virtual gift card to spend in 12 months. Gift card may only be used once.

30-DAY RETURNS

If it’s not a fit, you have 30 days to return your unworn items. Just mark the items you are returning on the return form that came with your order, pack your items in the box, and use the enclosed return label to send back your items. Make sure to cover up or remove the original delivery barcode on the box. After we receive your return, we will inspect it and provided the product is in like-new condition we will make you a refund
